Design and Build

The starting point is acquiring a suitable site. This could be an existing building or a green field site. Once this has been confirmed, the Irish Pub Company is called in and a representative of IPCo visits the site. This site visit allows the IPCo representative the opportunity to view the site first hand and to discuss in greater detail with the client, his/her particular design requirements.

Following this site visit, IPCo will prepare a design proposal and quotation. This design proposal is comprised of detailed authentic renderings of how the pub will appear. For a set cost, the Irish Pub Company will:

• Design the pub interior and exterior
• Project manage the manufacture of all elements that constitute the pub
• Manufacture all elements including joinery (woodwork) , furniture, light fixtures, glasswork, ironmonger, metalwork, signage, floor finishes, walls and ceiling finishes, feature work, external treatment, bric-a-brac
• Transport the pub and install the pub
