He pioneered a multi-discipline practice of architecture, interior architecture, brand creation, trend consultancy and concept creation. He us entrepreneurial in his ambition for international growth of Irish architecture and design having created offices in Dubai, India, Qatar and the USA.
He was one of the first in Ireland to provide a full turnkey service to a very impressive and demanding international client portfolio. Mel is also founder of the Irish Pub Company and fadó USA.
Bernedette Prior - Senior Interior Designer Associate
Bernadette Prior (BA Interior Architecture) and has been with the company for the past 14 years. Bernadette has designed and project managed a large number of projects for our Irish and international clients in the Pub, Restaurant, Retail, Hotel and Nightclub sectors in various locations around the globe.
Bernadette’s vast knowledge and experience of the industry has lead to many successful project and satisfied clients.
Darren Fagan - Contracts Manager and Business Developer
Darren is Senior Project & Technical Manager in the Atlanta office since 1994. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as Senior Project Manager at Irish headquarters, acting as the company's senior international project coordinator and manager. Darren sets standards and guidelines for USA project teams and coordinates contractors and suppliers and provides proprietary logistics management oversight on all projects. He liaises with and co-ordinates the work of architects, engineers, fire test labs, onsite project teams and local authority and Health and Safety agencies, adherence to all Building Codes, Fire Codes, and Disability requirements as well as Environmental and Zoning laws in the USA.
Brian McMullan - Sales and Operational Business Developer
Brian McMullan has 38 years experience in the hotel, resort, gaming, restaurant and entertainment industry. At age 21 he entered the gaming industry in London as a dealer. In 1986 he joined Sun International as Director of Gaming Operations. In 1992, McMullan came to the United States to establish Seven Circle Resorts which was primarily focused on the gaming resort industry.
As President of the company, McMullan led the team which designed, built and operated three resort casinos - Prairie Knights, Speaking Rock El Paso, Texas and the $300 million Resort at Summerlin. Brian is President of the USA arm of The Irish Pub Company.
Sean Ryan - International Technical Design Coordinator (Bachelor of Design BDes. (Hons.) (NCAD & UL)
Since graduation in 1996 Sean has spent over 12 years in the Design & Construction Industry working as both a Designer & Technical Interior Architectural Technician. He has studied Design & Architecture in both Ireland & Italy, having spent his early career in Italy working for various Italian & Japanese Architects where he gained experience working in a multi-cultural, and multi-lingual environment, which is a vital component in today's Market. Sean joined the Company in 2000, and since then has been a vital part of our international team.
